Who is Denise?
Denise is an AI Receptionist that is available 24/7 to answer your business calls with a warm, natural voice. She handles customer questions, captures key call details, and helps you stay responsive even when you’re off the clock.
How does Denise know how to answer customer questions?
You teach her. During setup, you’ll add key business details like your services, opening hours, and a short description. You can also add answers to common questions customers ask (FAQs), like pricing or service specifics. Denise uses this information to respond naturally and accurately during calls. The FAQs you provide her, the better she can support your customers.
What happens if Denise can’t handle a call?
If a caller asks something outside of her knowledge base, Denise will take note, flag the call as a follow-up needed, and let the caller know that you will get back to them. You’ll get a message with the caller’s details and a summary so you can follow up directly. To help Denise answer it next time, simply add the question to her knowledge base.
How does Denise work?
You set up Denise in three simple steps: choose a voice, add your business info, and enter answers to common questions. You can test Denise before going live to hear how she sounds. Once you’re happy with it, click “Publish” and you’ll find your phone number unique to your business on your Receptionist dashboard. Once published, you can share this number with your answers and Denise is ready to take calls.
What kind of questions can Denise answer?
Denise can handle everyday enquiries like your business hours, pricing, services, location, and booking information and any other customer inquiries you add to her knowledge base. You can customize her answers based on what your customers usually ask.
Can I customize what Denise says to customers?
Yes. You can personalize her greeting, farewell, and responses to FAQs to match your brand’s tone, whether that’s friendly, professional, or somewhere in between.
Can I test how she sounds live?
Absolutely. During setup, you can click the “Call” button to hear her in action and ask questions just like a customer would. You can make adjustments before going live.
Can Denise answer calls after hours or on weekends?
Yes! She’s available 24/7, including weekends and public holidays, no matter the time.
Will I be notified when a new call comes in?
Yes. Once you toggle notifications on and set You’ll receive notifications with caller details and a call summary, so you can stay on top of important conversations and follow up if needed.
Is my data and privacy secure?
Yes. Your data and your customers’ information are encrypted and stored securely. We follow industry best practices to protect your privacy and ensure your business stays compliant and safe.
